Workplace Violence Violence or threats of violence are considered severe misconduct. This includes:
  • Physical assault
  • Sexual violence
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Destruction of property
  • Severe verbal abuse
If you witness or suspect violence:
  1. Report immediately to HR / Manager
  2. Contact building security or emergency services if required
  3. Prioritize your safety - do not intervene physically
  4. Confirmed acts of violence will result in immediate termination and may involve law enforcement.
