Violence or threats of violence are considered severe misconduct.
This includes:
- Physical assault
- Sexual violence
- Threats or intimidation
- Destruction of property
- Severe verbal abuse
If you witness or suspect violence:
- Report immediately to HR / Manager
- Contact building security or emergency services if required
- Prioritize your safety - do not intervene physically
- Confirmed acts of violence will result in immediate termination and may involve law enforcement.
