7.1 Where to Submit Complaints must be submitted to HR via the official channel designated by the Company (e.g., official HR email address or HR portal). If the complaint concerns HR personnel, employees may submit the complaint to the designated alternate authority communicated by the Company. 7.2 What to Include To help review the matter efficiently, include:
  • a description of the incident(s),
  • dates/times (as best as possible),
  • names of involved persons,
  • any evidence (messages, emails, screenshots, documents),
  • names of witnesses (if any),
  • the impact on work or workplace environment,
  • desired resolution (if any).
7.3 Anonymous Complaints Anonymous complaints may be reviewed at the Company’s discretion. The Company may be limited in its ability to act without sufficient detail or ability to verify.
