For the purposes of this policy: 3.1 Intellectual Property (IP) “Intellectual Property” includes, but is not limited to:
  • software code, source code, scripts, libraries, APIs,
  • system architecture, frameworks, workflows, pipelines,
  • algorithms, models, prompts, datasets, training methods,
  • technical documentation, internal playbooks, SOPs,
  • product designs, prototypes, wireframes, UX flows,
  • business plans, pricing strategies, financial models,
  • research, analyses, reports, presentations,
  • inventions, discoveries, improvements, ideas, concepts,
  • trade secrets, confidential know-how,
  • derivative works and modifications of the above.
3.2 Work Product “Work Product” means any output, deliverable, or contribution created, authored, designed, developed, or contributed to by an employee, whether individually or jointly with others. 3.3 Portfolio Companies “Portfolio Companies” include any startup, venture, or entity in which the Company has invested, incubated, advised, built, or otherwise supported.
