- product designs, prototypes, wireframes, UX flows,
- business plans, pricing strategies, financial models,
- research, analyses, reports, presentations,
- inventions, discoveries, improvements, ideas, concepts,
- trade secrets, confidential know-how,
- derivative works and modifications of the above.
