1. Employees may maintain personal social media accounts, provided that:
- personal views are clearly expressed as personal,
- Company or portfolio endorsement is not implied,
- confidential or non-public information is not disclosed,
- the employee’s conduct does not bring disrepute to the Company.
- comment publicly on internal disputes, investigations, or policies,
- speculate about Company or portfolio decisions,
- respond to public criticism or controversy involving the Company or portfolio companies.
