1. Employees may maintain personal social media accounts, provided that:

  • personal views are clearly expressed as personal,
  • Company or portfolio endorsement is not implied,
  • confidential or non-public information is not disclosed,
  • the employee’s conduct does not bring disrepute to the Company.
Employees must not:
  • comment publicly on internal disputes, investigations, or policies,
  • speculate about Company or portfolio decisions,
  • respond to public criticism or controversy involving the Company or portfolio companies.
