1. Permitted Activities

Employees may participate as:
  • judges at hackathons,
  • mentors at accelerators,
  • panel reviewers or advisors,
provided that:
  • there is no conflict of interest,
  • Company or portfolio confidential information is not disclosed,
  • the role does not imply Company sponsorship or endorsement without approval.
1.1 Conflict & Attribution Restrictions Employees must not:
  • disclose internal evaluation criteria or decision-making processes,
  • use Company or portfolio insights to influence external outcomes improperly,
  • represent themselves as acting on behalf of the Company unless authorized.
