- panel reviewers or advisors,
- there is no conflict of interest,
- Company or portfolio confidential information is not disclosed,
- the role does not imply Company sponsorship or endorsement without approval.
- disclose internal evaluation criteria or decision-making processes,
- use Company or portfolio insights to influence external outcomes improperly,
- represent themselves as acting on behalf of the Company unless authorized.
