Defintion: For the purpose of this policy: Romantic Relationship: An ongoing consensual romantic or sexual relationship. Close Personal Relationship: A relationship involving emotional closeness or personal loyalty that could influence professional judgment (including but not limited to romantic partners, live-in partners, close friends, or relatives). Reporting Relationship: Any direct or indirect authority over another person’s hiring, evaluation, compensation, promotion, discipline, work allocation, or termination. Conflict of Interest: Any situation where personal interests (actual, potential, or perceived) interfere with professional responsibilities. Confidential Information: All non-public information relating to the Company, its portfolio companies, clients, vendors, business strategies, financials, intellectual property, or operations. External Parties: Individuals from other organizations, including competitors, portfolio companies, vendors, clients, service providers, or other tenants in shared premises. General Principles All staff are expected to:
  • act professionally and respectfully at all times,
  • avoid favoritism, bias, or preferential treatment,
  • maintain confidentiality of Company information,
  • avoid conduct that disrupts work or creates discomfort,
  • comply with applicable laws, including POSH requirements,
  • disclose conflicts promptly and in good faith.
There will be no retaliation against anyone who makes a disclosure or raises concerns under this policy.
