1. Company-Issued Equipment

1.1 Ownership All company-issued devices, equipment, and furniture remain the property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing. 1.2 Usage & Care Employees are responsible for reasonable care and proper use. Equipment must not be sold, transferred, or lent to others. 1.3 Repairs & Damage Accidental damage must be reported immediately. Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of policy may result in recovery of repair costs. 1.4 Data & Access Employees should avoid storing sensitive personal data on Company devices. The Company may access or retrieve devices or data for security, compliance, investigation, or exit purposes, in accordance with law.

2. Theft or Loss of Company Equipment

Any loss or theft must be reported immediately.
  • A police complaint must be filed where required and a copy submitted to HR.
  • Liability will be assessed based on circumstances, including negligence or policy violations.
  • No automatic financial liability will be imposed without review.

3. Security of Company Issued Devices

Employees must:
  • keep devices password-protected,
  • install security updates promptly,
  • use secure networks,
  • comply with encryption and malware-protection requirements.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
