Friendships among colleagues are a natural part of the workplace and are permitted. Employees must ensure that friendships do not result in:
  • favoritism or exclusion,
  • sharing of confidential information,
  • gossip or inappropriate discussions,
  • interference with professional judgment or productivity.
Any disputes arising from friendships that affect the workplace may be addressed under the Company’s disciplinary procedures.
