A. Personal Social Media Use

You may access personal social media accounts at work provided that:
  • It does not affect productivity or performance
  • Your views are clearly personal and not represented as company positions
  • No confidential, proprietary, or internal information is shared
  • No content is posted that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing toward colleagues, clients, founders, or partners
  • Disclaimers such as “opinions are my own” do not override confidentiality obligations.

B. Representing Zemuria Online

Only authorized individuals may speak on behalf of Zemuria or manage official accounts. When representing the company:
  • Be professional, accurate, and respectful
  • Stay within your domain of authority and expertise
  • Coordinate major announcements with Marketing/PR
  • Comply with IP, copyright, and confidentiality laws
  • Correct errors promptly and avoid unnecessary deletions
Misrepresentation or reputational harm caused through social media may result in disciplinary action. Enforcement Violations of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination, legal action, and recovery of damages where applicable
