1. Prohibited Claims
Employees must not:- claim to have built, founded, or owned portfolio companies,
- represent portfolio products or outcomes as personal work,
- disclose portfolio strategies, roadmaps, or internal discussions,
- imply personal authority over portfolio ventures.
- resumes and CVs,
- LinkedIn profiles,
- websites and portfolios,
- interviews, talks, and social media.
1.1 Permitted Descriptions
Employees may describe involvement factually, such as:- “contributed as part of a venture studio team supporting portfolio companies,”
- “worked on engineering tasks under Company direction.”
- Descriptions must not exaggerate responsibility or imply ownership.
