Employees may raise concerns including, but not limited to: 5.1 Workplace Conduct & Behavior
  • bullying, intimidation, threats,
  • abusive language or humiliation,
  • persistent unprofessional conduct,
  • sabotage of work, deliberate obstruction,
  • inappropriate jokes/comments not covered under POSH (HR will route if needed).
5.2 Fair Treatment & Workplace Decisions
  • perceived unfair treatment,
  • biased allocation of work, opportunities, or resources,
  • unfair performance evaluation concerns,
  • retaliation for raising concerns,
  • conflicts arising from favoritism (including relationship-based conflicts).
5.3 Policy Violations and Misuse of Resources
  • misuse of Company assets or funds,
  • expense policy abuse,
  • timesheet falsification (employee or manager),
  • security and confidentiality violations,
  • conflict of interest violations.
5.4 Compliance and Integrity Concerns
  • suspected fraud or theft,
  • bribery, kickbacks, or improper influence,
  • data leakage or unauthorized sharing,
  • violations of legal obligations impacting the Company.
5.5 Safety & Workplace Environment
  • unsafe workplace conditions,
  • repeated disregard for safety procedures,
  • any behavior that creates physical risk.
