Prohibited Claims Employees must not, during or after employment:
  • represent themselves as founders or builders of portfolio companies,
  • claim ownership or authorship of Company or portfolio products,
  • imply personal control or responsibility over portfolio ventures,
  • present Company or portfolio work as personal projects.
This includes resumes, LinkedIn profiles, websites, pitches, talks, and interviews. Permitted Descriptions Employees may describe their role factually and accurately, such as:
  • “worked as part of a team supporting a portfolio company,”
  • “contributed to engineering efforts under Company leadership.”
All descriptions must avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation, or implied ownership.
