13. Employees who believe:

  • their timesheets were unfairly rejected,
  • they were pressured to falsify entries,
  • approvals were improperly denied,
may raise a complaint under the Complaints & Grievance Redressal Policy.

14. Record Retention

Timesheet records will be:
  • maintained securely by the Company,
  • accessed only by authorized personnel,
  • retained for audit, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

15. Policy Administration and Review

Human Resources is responsible for administering, enforcing, and periodically reviewing this policy. The Company reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect changes in law, operational needs, or governance requirements.
