6. Religious Practices & Activities
Inside the workplace Zemuria does not conduct, host, organize, or permit:- Religious ceremonies
- Prayers
- Rituals
- Pujas
- Chanting
- Worship activities
- Religious observances of any kind
- Employees may observe their beliefs outside work hours and outside company premises.
- Employees may take leave for religious observance as per the Leave & Holiday Policy.
- Religion remains personal and private, not organizational.
7. Symbols, Installations & Visual Displays
The following are strictly prohibited in all company spaces, including desks, walls, meeting rooms, digital workspaces, and internal chat platforms:- Religious images, idols, photos, posters, icons, or texts

9. Prohibited Conduct

- Coercive or persuasive discussions related to belief systems
- Displaying symbols that may create discomfort, exclusion, or perceived dominance

10. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this policy will be treated as Code of Conduct breaches and may result in:- Formal warnings
- Disciplinary action
- Removal of prohibited materials
- Suspension
- Termination of employment or contract
11. Interpretation & Authority
This policy is intentionally comprehensive and blanket.- No exceptions, accommodations, or carve-outs are implied unless explicitly stated in writing by the company.
- Interpretation and enforcement authority rests with HR.
