Human Resources may conduct:

Audits may involve:
  • review of timesheets,
  • comparison with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear),
  • code repositories, deployment logs,
  • meeting records and deliverables.

10.1 Audit Triggers

Reviews may be initiated where patterns indicate:
  • identical hours logged daily over long periods,
  • consistently full timesheets with low output,
  • repeated late or backdated entries,
  • abnormal WFH/remote usage patterns,
  • consistent approval without variation by the same manager.
