Employees hosting visitors are responsible for ensuring that:
  • prior approval is obtained where required,
  • visitors sign in, present identification, and wear visitor badges,
  • visitors are escorted at all times in work areas,
  • visitors do not access confidential information,
  • photography, recording, or device access is restricted unless authorized.
  • Special care must be taken when visitors are minors.
