Notice period buyout is not an entitlement. Approval of a buyout request is entirely at the discretion of the Company, exercised by HR. The Company may, at its discretion:
  • approve or refuse a buyout request,
  • require partial service of the notice period,
  • require monetary compensation in lieu of notice.
The Company is not obligated to approve a buyout request or provide reasons for refusal.
