Zemuria operates as a venture studio with small, cross-functional teams responsible for continuous product development, client delivery, and operational oversight.
This policy exists to ensure business continuity, delivery reliability, and decision availability, especially during periods of predictable staffing pressure.
This policy does not restrict an employee’s right to apply for leave. It defines the conditions under which leave may be approved based on operational capacity.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
• All full-time and contractual employees
• All functional teams and sub-teams
• All leave types except legally protected statutory leave (e.g., maternity leave)
