General Restriction Employees must not, without prior written approval from the Company:
  • publish blogs, articles, or posts based on Company or portfolio work,
  • publish technical deep dives derived from internal systems or processes,
  • disclose architectural, strategic, or operational insights,
  • publish case studies or retrospectives of Company or portfolio projects.
This includes:
  • personal blogs,
  • Medium, Substack, Dev to, GitHub write-ups,
  • conference slides,
  • whitepapers or tutorials,
  • open-source releases based on internal work.
7.2 Generic Content Exception (Limited) Generic content may be permitted only if it:
  • does not reference Company or portfolio specifics,
  • does not reveal proprietary methods or workflows,
  • could reasonably be created without access to Company work,
  • is reviewed and approved where required.
Approval is discretionary and may be refused without obligation to justify.
