1. Permitted Participation (With Conditions)

Employees may participate in external events such as:
  • conferences,
  • meetups,
  • podcasts,
  • webinars,
  • panels,
only if:
  • content is limited to general, non-confidential topics,
  • Company or portfolio work is not disclosed or implied,
  • prior approval is obtained where required.
1.1 Topics That Require Approval Prior written approval is required before speaking on:
  • Company technologies, processes, or strategies,
  • portfolio company experiences or lessons,
  • venture studio methodologies,
  • internal tooling, playbooks, or frameworks,
  • case studies derived from Company or portfolio work.
1.2 Prohibited Representations Employees must not:
  • present themselves as founders or decision-makers of portfolio companies,
  • imply ownership or leadership authority over Company ventures,
  • speak as an official Company spokesperson unless authorized.
