- Company or portfolio work is not disclosed or implied,
- prior approval is obtained where required.
- Company technologies, processes, or strategies,
- portfolio company experiences or lessons,
- venture studio methodologies,
- internal tooling, playbooks, or frameworks,
- case studies derived from Company or portfolio work.
- present themselves as founders or decision-makers of portfolio companies,
- imply ownership or leadership authority over Company ventures,
- speak as an official Company spokesperson unless authorized.
