1. Purpose

This policy defines the ownership, protection, use, disclosure, and enforcement of intellectual property (“IP”), inventions, and proprietary work product created or accessed by employees during their association with the Company. Given the Company’s venture studio model and its involvement with multiple portfolio companies, strict control and clarity over intellectual property is essential to:
  • protect Company and portfolio interests,
  • prevent misuse or misattribution,
  • avoid disputes regarding ownership or authorship,
ensure continuity and enforceability of rights after employment.

2. Scope and Applicability

2.1 Covered Persons This policy applies to:
  • all full-time employees of the Company.
2.2 Extended Applicability Where applicable, this policy may also apply to:
  • interns, trainees, consultants, and contractors,
  • to the extent provided in their respective agreements.
2.3 Duration The obligations under this policy apply:
  • during employment, and
  • continue after separation, resignation, or termination.
