HR will issue official employment verification and experience letters. References may be provided only to employees who leave the Company in good standing. Managers may provide personal references at their discretion, provided they are factual and non-misleading.The Company is not obligated to provide references.
Post-employment obligations relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, and non-solicitation continue to apply as set out in the employee’s agreements with the Company.The Company reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect changes in law, organizational structure, or business requirements.
