Zemuria is committed to supporting individuals affected by harassment or violence.

Support may include, based on circumstances:

* Coverage of relevant medical expenses
* Access to mental health or counseling support
* Legal assistance or guidance where appropriate
* Adjustments to work arrangements during recovery

All discussions and support measures will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Early reporting is encouraged to prevent escalation and ensure timely intervention.
