# 14.6 Prohibited Practices

### The following are strictly prohibited:

* self-approval of timesheets,
* mutual or reciprocal approvals (“rubber-stamping”),
* blanket approvals without review,
* inflating hours to meet weekly targets,
* approving timesheets to “help” an employee without work performed,
* falsifying or manipulating records.
