# 14.7 Audits And Monitoring

### **1. HR Audit Authority**

Human Resources may conduct:

* random audits,
* pattern-based reviews,
* targeted audits following complaints or anomalies.

Audits may involve:

* review of timesheets,
* comparison with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear),
* code repositories, deployment logs,
* meeting records and deliverables.

### **2. Audit Triggers**

Reviews may be initiated where patterns indicate:

* identical hours logged daily over long periods,
* consistently full timesheets with low output,
* repeated late or backdated entries,
* abnormal WFH/remote usage patterns,
* consistent approval without variation by the same manager.
