# 6.10 Solicitation and Distribution

Solicitation or distribution unrelated to Company business is restricted to avoid disruption.

**Employees may engage in permitted activities only:**

* during non-working time,
* in non-work areas,
* without coercion or pressure.

Nothing in this policy restricts legally protected rights under applicable labor laws.
