# 13.6 Speaking Engagements, Panels, Podcasts & Events

### **1. Permitted Participation (With Conditions)**

Employees may participate in external events such as:

* conferences,
* meetups,
* podcasts,
* webinars,
* panels,

**only if:**

* content is limited to general, non-confidential topics,
* Company or portfolio work is not disclosed or implied,
* prior approval is obtained where required.

**1.1 Topics That Require Approval**

Prior written approval is required before speaking on:

* Company technologies, processes, or strategies,
* portfolio company experiences or lessons,
* venture studio methodologies,
* internal tooling, playbooks, or frameworks,
* case studies derived from Company or portfolio work.

**1.2 Prohibited Representations**

Employees must not:

* present themselves as founders or decision-makers of portfolio companies,
* imply ownership or leadership authority over Company ventures,
* speak as an official Company spokesperson unless authorized.
