# 13.1 Purpose And Scope Availability

### **1. Purpose**

This policy governs employee participation in social media, public forums, speaking engagements, publications, and other external communications to protect the Company’s:

* confidential information,
* intellectual property,
* reputation,
* portfolio company relationships,
* legal and commercial interests.

As a venture studio operating across multiple portfolio companies, the Company requires strict clarity on who may speak, what may be shared, and how Company and portfolio work may be represented.

### **2. Scope and Applicability**

**2.1 Covered Persons**

This policy applies to:

* all full-time employees of the Company.

**2.2 Covered Channels**

This policy applies to all external and public or semi-public platforms, including but not limited to:

* social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, GitHub, Reddit, etc.),
* personal blogs, newsletters, Medium/Substack posts,
* podcasts, interviews, and webinars,
* conferences, meetups, hackathons, panels, and demo days,
* judging, mentoring, or advisory roles,
* press interactions and media statements.
