# 13.4 Personal Social Media Use

### 1. Employees may maintain personal social media accounts, provided that:

* personal views are clearly expressed as personal,
* Company or portfolio endorsement is not implied,
* confidential or non-public information is not disclosed,
* the employee’s conduct does not bring disrepute to the Company.

**Employees must not:**

* comment publicly on internal disputes, investigations, or policies,
* speculate about Company or portfolio decisions,
* respond to public criticism or controversy involving the Company or portfolio companies.
