# 13.7 Judging, Mentoring & Advisory Roles

### **1. Permitted Activities**

**Employees may participate as:**

* judges at hackathons,
* mentors at accelerators,
* panel reviewers or advisors,

**provided that:**

* there is no conflict of interest,
* Company or portfolio confidential information is not disclosed,
* the role does not imply Company sponsorship or endorsement without approval.

**1.1 Conflict & Attribution Restrictions**

**Employees must not:**

* disclose internal evaluation criteria or decision-making processes,
* use Company or portfolio insights to influence external outcomes improperly,
* represent themselves as acting on behalf of the Company unless authorized.
