# 13.3 Authorization To Speak on Behalf of the Company

### 1. Only individuals expressly authorized by the Company may:

* issue official Company statements,
* represent Company positions or views,
* engage with press or media as Company representatives,
* announce Company or portfolio strategies, results, or plans.

Unauthorized representation is prohibited.

Media inquiries received by employees must be redirected to HR or the designated Company representative.
