# 13.11 Approval Process

**Where approval is required:**

* requests must be submitted in advance to HR or the designated authority,
* sufficient detail must be provided regarding topic, platform, and audience,
* approval may be granted, conditioned, or refused at the Company’s discretion.

The Company is not obligated to provide reasons for refusal.
