# Exit Formalities And Final Settlement

Upon separation, employees must:

* return all Company property,
* complete clearance formalities,
* settle any outstanding obligations to the Company.

Full-and-final settlements will be processed in accordance with applicable law, contractual terms, and Company procedures.
