# 12.5 Publications, Blogs, and Technical Content

### **1. General Restriction**

Employees must not, without prior written approval from the Company:

* publish blogs, articles, or posts based on Company or portfolio work,
* publish technical deep dives derived from internal systems or processes,
* disclose architectural, strategic, or operational insights,
* publish case studies or retrospectives of Company or portfolio projects.

This includes:

* personal blogs,
* Medium, Substack, Dev to, GitHub write-ups,
* conference slides,
* whitepapers or tutorials,
* open-source releases based on internal work.

### **2. Generic Content Exception (Limited)**

Generic content may be permitted only if it:

* does not reference Company or portfolio specifics,
* does not reveal proprietary methods or workflows,
* could reasonably be created without access to Company work,
* is reviewed and approved where required.

Approval is discretionary and may be refused without obligation to justify.
