# 12.8 Post Employment Obligations

**After separation, former employees remain bound by:**

* confidentiality obligations,
* IP ownership and assignment,
* non-misrepresentation requirements,
* restrictions on disclosure and attribution.

Former employees may not retrospectively claim authorship, ownership, or founding status over Company or portfolio work.
