# 12.4 Confidentiality And Use Restrictions

Employees must not, during or after employment:

* disclose non-public or proprietary information,
* share internal methodologies, architectures, or strategies,
* reuse Company or portfolio IP for personal or third-party benefit,
* assist competitors or third parties using Company-derived knowledge.

These obligations apply regardless of whether the information is explicitly marked as confidential.
