# 12.6 Attribution, Credit & Portfolio Representation

**Prohibited Claims**

Employees must not, during or after employment:

* represent themselves as founders or builders of portfolio companies,
* claim ownership or authorship of Company or portfolio products,
* imply personal control or responsibility over portfolio ventures,
* present Company or portfolio work as personal projects.

This includes resumes, LinkedIn profiles, websites, pitches, talks, and interviews.

**Permitted Descriptions**

Employees may describe their role factually and accurately, such as:

* “worked as part of a team supporting a portfolio company,”
* “contributed to engineering efforts under Company leadership.”

All descriptions must avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation, or implied ownership.
