# 3.4 Drug Testing

Zemuria reserves the right to conduct drug or substance testing at any time, including:

* Pre-employment screening
* Random testing
* For-cause testing (reasonable suspicion)
* Post-incident testing

By engaging with Zemuria, individuals consent to such testing as permitted by law.

Refusal to undergo testing, without valid medical justification, will be treated as a policy violation.

Test results are handled confidentially and used solely for compliance and safety purposes.
