# 5.2 Internet Usage

Zemuria’s internet connectivity and network infrastructure are provided primarily for business purposes. Limited personal use is permitted so long as it does not interfere with work responsibilities, productivity, security, or network performance.

### **Acceptable Use**

You may:

* Access work-related tools, platforms, and services
* Make limited personal use that is lawful, non-disruptive, and reasonable
* Be asked to pause bandwidth-heavy personal activity during work-critical periods

### **Prohibited Use**

You must not use Zemuria’s internet or network to:

* Access, download, upload, or distribute illegal, obscene, offensive, or defamatory material
* Transmit confidential or proprietary information to unauthorized parties
* Engage in hacking, fraud, circumvention of security controls, or illegal activity
* Download pirated software, media, or copyrighted material
* Access malicious, unsafe, or high-risk websites
* Attempt to monitor, intercept, or invade the privacy of others

Network activity may be monitored for security, compliance, and operational integrity. Use of company networks implies consent to such monitoring.
