# 5.4 Corporate Email

Company email is an official communication channel and must be used responsibly.

### **Permitted Use**

* Unlimited work-related use
* Limited personal use, provided it is lawful, secure, and does not expose the company to risk

### **Prohibited Use**

You must not:

* Register company email on illegal, suspicious, or untrusted platforms
* Send unauthorized marketing, spam, or bulk emails
* Communicate confidential information without authorization
* Use company email to harass, discriminate, threaten, or insult others
* Register for competitor services without approval

Employees should exercise caution against phishing, malware, and social engineering attempts. The company reserves the right to audit email systems for security, compliance, and legal purposes.
