# 11.3 What You Can Raise Under This Policy ?

Employees may raise concerns including, but not limited to:

**1. Workplace Conduct & Behavior**

* bullying, intimidation, threats,
* abusive language or humiliation,
* persistent unprofessional conduct,
* sabotage of work, deliberate obstruction,
* inappropriate jokes/comments not covered under POSH (HR will route if needed).

**2. Fair Treatment & Workplace Decisions**

* perceived unfair treatment,
* biased allocation of work, opportunities, or resources,
* unfair performance evaluation concerns,
* retaliation for raising concerns,
* conflicts arising from favoritism (including relationship-based conflicts).

**3. Policy Violations and Misuse of Resources**

* misuse of Company assets or funds,
* expense policy abuse,
* timesheet falsification (employee or manager),
* security and confidentiality violations,
* conflict of interest violations.

**4. Compliance and Integrity Concerns**

* suspected fraud or theft,
* bribery, kickbacks, or improper influence,
* data leakage or unauthorized sharing,
* violations of legal obligations impacting the Company.

**5. Safety & Workplace Environment**

* unsafe workplace conditions,
* repeated disregard for safety procedures,
* any behavior that creates physical risk.
