# 11.12 Record keeping And Policy Administration

**1. Record keeping**

HR will maintain records of complaints and outcomes securely and confidentially, with access limited to authorized personnel.

**2. Policy Administration and Updates**

HR is responsible for administering this policy and may update it periodically to reflect changes in law, Company structure, or operational requirements.
