# Scope and Applicability

**This policy applies to:**

* All full-time, part-time, probationary, and contractual employees
* Consultants, advisors, directors, and officers
* Interns, trainees, apprentices (with appropriate adaptations)
* Vendors, clients, visitors, and third parties interacting with the workplace

**It applies to conduct occurring:**

* At the workplace
* During work-related travel
* At offsite meetings, events, conferences, or social gatherings
* Through digital platforms, messaging apps, email, or social media
* Outside the physical workplace if there is a workplace nexus
