### Prevention of Sexual Harassment & Workplace dignity

Zemuria is committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and dignified workplace for all individuals, irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, disability, caste, religion, or employment status.

The Company adopts a zero-tolerance approach toward sexual harassment, intimidation, coercion, abuse of authority, or any conduct that violates personal dignity or professional integrity.

**This policy:**

Complies with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“POSH Act”)

Establishes clear, accessible mechanisms for prevention, reporting, inquiry, and redressal

Extends equivalent internal protections to men and all other employees, beyond statutory minimums
